LENOVO 3000:

I have a Lenovo 3000 desktop which is having a problem when I open files on the computer with the mouse. The problem is that the cursor is jumping around all over the place whenever I try to move the mouse. I can’t click on files in a folder, because the mouse has disappeared over the other side of the screen. I thought that this would only be a minor problem, and that I could recover the data using the keyboard. However, when I open files by pressing keys, I have had some problems with the files opening. Sometimes, the computer says that the files are corrupt and can’t be opened, and sometimes the files open and there are paragraphs missing, or the page is blank apart from a title. I have worked in the website-designing business for some years, and much of these data on files is from past or current clients’ websites.

LENOVO 3000:

I need urgent help with a Lenovo 3000 which has suddenly lost the hidden partition, so that it can’t be found by Drive Manager, or even the BIOS. I have also tried to get into the One Key Recovery system to try and find it, and that hasn’t worked either. I wanted to return to a previous restore point, but when I went into the system to find them, these points have also one. I have no restore point, no recovery, and the partition where lots of my data is stored has disappeared, all in the space of a few hours. I did recently install a new piece of software, but surely it can’t have changed everything so drastically. I am thinking that I might need to do a full restore of Windows, or even reinstall it, but I don’t want to risk losing the data that might be on there. I am really worried about this missing partition, since I don’t want to lose the data, and I can’t afford to have it go missing for any length of time.
